This mylar balloon may look small but it is actually 18 feet by 7 feet and is filled with a large amount of oxygen and hydrogen. The location is not know and this experiment is believed to have been performed almost 10 years ago. Hydrogen can safely be stored like most gases under pressure but the combination of oxygen and any other flammable or explosive gas is extremely dangerous. The reason most gases do not explode in pure form is due to the lack of oxygen or an oxidizer. DO NOT attempt this yourself. It is very dangerous and may even be illegal in most areas. With that said, this video is a great example of the power potential from a fuel processed from regular water. Creating HHO requires a lot more energy input than the final energy potential of gas collected but solar panels can do the process easily. This is one way of storing energy collected from the sun.
